According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

July 16

Burglary: At 9:50 a.m., Jeremy Miller reported a burglary complaint. He advised that between 4:30 a.m. and 6 a.m., unknown persons went into his garage where he was sleeping and stole items. A burglary report was completed and an investigation started.

Disorderly Conduct/Possession of Marijuana/Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia: At 7:10 p.m., officers responded to the Fayette County Courthouse in reference to a disturbance. Officers made contact with Jeffrey Forsythe, who was acting disorderly. He was given multiple warnings to cease his actions, but failed to do so. Forsythe was arrested, at which time marijuana and paraphernalia were located.
