David E. Merritt, 49, 523 E. Elm St., Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

John J. Fowler, 19, Springfield, possession of drug abuse instrument.

Justin J. Harr, 47, 325 Bereman St., escape warrant, bench warrant – failure to comply.
