According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

May 23

Theft: At 9:05 a.m., Mackenzie Milliser reported that a known subject was at her residence. The known subject departed the residence and Milliser discovered property had been stolen by the male.

Theft: At 6:20 p.m., officers responded to Walmart, located at 1397 Leesburg Ave., in reference to a theft complaint. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with loss prevention. Officers were advised that a 16-year-old female had concealed merchandise and then departed the business without paying for the property. The female juvenile was charged with theft.

May 22

Disturbance: At 10:03 p.m., officers responded to Bluestone Inn, located at 1809 Columbus Ave., in reference to a disturbance complaint. Officers arrived and located the person causing the disturbance. David Dolch, 21, was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct.

Domestic: At 10:29 p.m., a domestic violence victim came to the police department and reported being assaulted and held against her will by her live-in boyfriend. Justin Groves was later arrested and charged with domestic violence and unlawful restraint.
