According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

May 21

Possession of Drugs/Drug Abuse Instrument/Drug Paraphernalia: At 2:26 a.m., officers responded to a shed in the rear of a residence in reference to Whitney Delong overdosing on drugs. Upon the arrival of officers and EMS, it was determined not to be an overdose. Officers observed suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia in plain view in the shed. The charges are pending.

Theft: At 2:49 p.m., officers responded to Kroger in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Officers made contact with the complainant, who advised that Austin Obryant was stealing from the business. Obryant was arrested and charged.

Theft: At 6:34 p.m., officers responded to Kroger in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Officers made contact with the complainant, who advised that Raymond Brill was stealing from the business. Brill was charged.

May 20

Domestic Violence/Resisting Arrest: At 11:04 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a domestic violence complaint. The female victim advised that she locked her and her children in the bathroom after being assaulted by her husband, Brennen Smith. Officers made contact with the victim, who filed a voluntarily claim of domestic violence. When officers attempted to arrest Smith, he began to resist and a taser was utilized. Smith was arrested and charged.
