Zane A. Brown, 25, 1121 Clemson Plaza, failure to assure clear distance ahead, FRA suspension, fictitious registration.

Shawna Jo Vassor, 28, 4181 Main St. SE, operations at intersection violation.

Timothy L. Etheridge, 30, 631 E. Market St., domestic violence (fourth-degree felony).
