According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

March 21

Misuse of 911: At 4:36 p.m., the police department received multiple calls through its 911 emergency system from Dustin Schwalbach. Officers responded when called and determined there was not an emergency. Schwalbach was charged with misuse of 911.

Domestic Violence by Threats: At 11:17 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance between a mother and her adult son three times in 45 minutes. The third time, a man advised that he was threatened by his stepson, Clayton Anders. All parties involved were intoxicated. Anders was arrested and charged.

March 20

Theft: At 1:43 p.m., Jacquelyn Adkins reported a theft offense. She advised that unknown persons stole property from her coat inside of her residence. She believes the offender to be an acquaintance. A theft report was completed.

Domestic Violence: At 8:29 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a domestic violence incident. Contact was made with a woman and her daughter, Cindy Butterbaugh. The woman advised that she was assaulted by her daughter, which was corroborated by a witness. Butterbaugh was arrested and charged.

Disorderly Conduct: At 10:39 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance. Contact was made with Herman Perkins, who was intoxicated. He was advised of the complaint. Officers responded a second time in reference to Perkins’s actions, at which time he was charged with disorderly conduct.

March 19

Domestic Violence by Threats: At 11:55 p.m., a woman reported a domestic violence by threats complaint. She advised that Cameron Coleman threatened her over the phone. Charges were filed against Coleman.

Theft: At 2:01 p.m., Cassy Green reported a theft offense. She advised that her prescription medication was stolen while at her mother’s residence. A theft report was completed.

Criminal Damaging: At 6:05 p.m., Joshua Creagan reported a criminal damaging complaint. He advised that sometime throughout the day, unknown persons threw a rock through the passenger side window to his truck. A report was completed.

March 18

Criminal Damaging: At 1:01 p.m., Gabrielle Poole reported a criminal damaging complaint. He advised that sometime overnight, unknown persons slashed a tire on his vehicle. A criminal damaging report was completed.
