According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Feb. 19

Theft: At 10:22 a.m., Betsy Stewart reported a theft offense. She advised that her prescription medication has been coming up missing when a known female visits her. A theft report was completed.

Possession of Drugs/Carrying Concealed Weapon/Drug Paraphernalia: At 5:17 p.m., officers located William Meadows who had an active parole warrant for his arrest. Officers arrested Meadows, and during a search incident to the arrest, drug paraphernalia and a large knife were located. Meadows was arrested and charged.
