Brittani N. Stroup, 39, at large, Adult Parole Authority warrant.

Aron E. Seay, 35, at large, resisting arrest, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

Lee P. Shaffer, 19, 321 Ely St., window tint violation.

Feb. 11

Lindsey N. Lemons, 27, at large, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).

Shawn Downey, 39, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts).

Female, 17, Washington C.H., failure to control.

Jeremy R. York, 40, at large, license forfeiture, fictitious plates.
