Leslie B. Hesson, 26, at large, theft (two counts).

Roger L. Shelpman, 66, 607 Eastern Ave., no operator’s license.

Jacob A. May, 20, 429 E. Paint St., underage consumption.

Jan. 24

Yury Chijevsky, 49, 1210 Storybrook Drive, passing bad checks.

Joseph W. Adams, 41, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply.

Destiny L. Clouser, 22, 641 W. Oakland Ave., non-compliance suspension.
