According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Jan. 23

Criminal Trespassing: At 7:33 p.m., officers observed James Green at Walmart, where he had previously been banned. Green was arrested for criminal trespassing.

Jan. 22

Theft: At 5:22 p.m., Dorothy Gilpen reported that sometime within the past few days, unknown suspect(s) trespassed onto her property and stole a trailer. The trailer contained additional property belonging to Gilpen.
