According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Dec. 27

Aggravated Menacing: At 1:20 a.m., Leona Mongold reported that Penny Myers came to her residence and when told to depart, threatened to kill her. Witnesses corroborated Mongold’s statement. Myers was located near the area, and was arrested and charged.

Obstructing Official Business: At 3:53 p.m., officers were assisting the Grove City Police Department in locating an aggravated burglary offender at a residence. Contact was made with the resident, Barton Temple, who advised that the wanted person was not at his residence. While Barton was in contact with officers, the suspect jumped out a window to the residence and was arrested. Temple was also arrested and charged for obstructing officers.

Making False Alarm: At 9:25 p.m., McKayla Groves reported that a male was at her residence causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Officers arrived and Groves advised that the male had departed. It was determined after locating the male and talking to witnesses that Groves made a false alarm report and was charged with the offense.

Criminal Damaging: At 9:55 p.m., Louis Sbarbati reported that while he was home, unknown persons threw a rock through his kitchen window. The offender was not located and a report was completed.
