According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Dec. 25

Disorderly Conduct: At 1:18 a.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a domestic violence incident. Officers made contact with the female involved and Matthew Caldwell. Caldwell was intoxicated and immediately became disorderly with officers. He was arrested and charged.

Theft: At 12:02 p.m., officers responded to the Family Dollar in reference to a theft complaint. Officers made contact with the complainant, who advised that two unknown males and an unknown female stole items from the store and departed in a vehicle. The offenders were not located, and a theft report was completed.

Domestic Violence: At 1:48 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a domestic violence incident. Officers made contact with two females, who advised that a family member, Jerrome Pettiford, assaulted them and departed. Domestic violence charges were filed on Pettiford.
