Nataha S. Shaw (Lynch), 23, 1245 Rawling St., traffic control device violation.

Aimee L. Nelson, 43, at large, menacing.

Shannon M. Noel, 42, 1260 State Route 38 NE, no operator’s license.

James A. Trisdale, 22, at large, possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor).

Marcy R. Mills, 28, 867 Potomac Circle, driving under suspension.
