According to reports, the following individuals have been arrested or cited by the Washington C.H. Police Department. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Dec. 18

Mark A. Calhoun II, 20, at large, obstructing, Highland County warrant.

Sasha L. Hafer, 35, Leesburg, possession of drugs (two counts, first-degree misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Dec. 17

William L. Dillon, 35, 114 E. Circle Ave., criminal trespass (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Tyler R. Adams, 30, at large, bench warrant – failure to appear.

Mark A. Rittenhouse, 49, 631 E. Market St., domestic (two counts, fourth-degree felony).

Jackie L. Queen, 19, 413 Clyburn Ave., traffic control device, no operator’s license.

Dec. 16

Danniel Minshall, 22, New Holland, non-compliance.

Christopher S. Burson, 36, 908 Sycamore St., domestic violence (first-degree misdemeanor).

Brandi N. Sutton, 38, at large, disorderly conduct (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Dec. 15

Chasity R. Knapp, 37, Peebles, OVI, failure to assure clear distance ahead, receiving stolen property (fourth-degree felony), possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia.
