According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:
Theft: At 1:28 a.m., Graham Roberts reported that while at his residence, unknown persons stole two cell phones and departed. A theft report was completed.
Criminal Damaging: At 8:59 a.m., a woman reported that her ex-boyfriend, William Dillon, broke a window to her apartment and departed. A criminal damaging report was completed.
Domestic Violence: At 5:03 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to an active domestic violence dispute. Officers made contact with two victims and witnesses who advised that Mark Rittenhouse assaulted the victims. Rittenhouse was arrested for domestic violence, which was enhanced to a felony due to having prior domestic violence convictions.
