According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 28

Theft: At 1:38 p.m., Dylan McCarrell reported that earlier that morning, unknown persons made erroneous online transactions using his bank card. A theft report was completed.

Assault: At 3:35 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to an assault complaint. Upon arrival, officers determined that a woman was assaulted by Randy Ruth. Ruth was arrested and charged.

Disorderly Conduct: At 5:30 p.m., officers responded to Fayette County Memorial Hospital in reference to a belligerent patient. Officers made contact with Leona Mongold who was transported there from a prior assault. She was medically cleared and continued to be disorderly and belligerent. She was arrested and charged.

Nov. 27

Theft: At 6:44 p.m., Victoria Vernon reported that unknown persons stole her purse from her bedroom. A theft report was completed.

Theft: At 6:55 p.m., officers responded to Advanced Auto Parts in reference to a theft complaint. The complainant advised that two unknown males stole merchandise and departed. A theft report was completed.

Nov. 26

Disorderly Conduct: At 10:30 a.m., officers were assisting Juvenile Probation at a residence. While at the residence, Rusty Matthews became belligerent, and after several warnings to cease his actions, he was arrested and charged.

Theft: At 12:52 p.m., Megan Wilson reported that unknown persons stole money out of her purse while residing at the Blue Stone Inn. A theft report was completed.

Theft: At 1:20 p.m., officers responded to the Fayette County Health Department in reference to a theft. They advised that unknown persons stole the catalytic converter off of their company vehicle. A theft report was completed.

Drug Abuse Instrument: At 2:12 p.m., officers were assisting Adult Probation at a residence. The probationer was arrested on a probation violation and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was charged accordingly.

Theft: At 10:37 p.m., Anna Whitten reported while at work at a local nursing home, unknown persons stole her purse. A theft report was completed and an investigation started.

Nov. 25

Criminal Damaging: At 8:24 p.m., Ronald Williams reported that an unknown offender caused damage to his garage door.

Domestic Violence: At 9:21 p.m. after responding to a domestic violence incident, both the male and female had injuries and made counter claims against each other. Both Nicholas Hatfield and Elyza Jakob were arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Felonious Assault: At 1:38 a.m., officers responded to Village Court in reference to a stabbing. Contact was made with Dannie Roberts who had thrown a knife at a female, causing a cut on her right leg. Roberts was arrested and charged with felonious assault.
