According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 23

Theft of a Motor Vehicle: At 4:57 p.m., Lindsey Juliano reported that sometime over the past three days, unknown persons stole her vehicle from her residence. A theft report was completed.

Disorderly Conduct: At 10:42 p.m., officers responded to an apartment in reference to a disturbance complaint. Officers made contact with Jacob Tolle and his brother, who were in an argument. While investigating the complaint, Tolle continued to act disorderly after being advised to cease and desist. Tolle was arrested and charged.

Nov. 22

Sexual Imposition: At 12:35 p.m., female reported that while outside of a business, she was approached by Jason Gregory. During a conversation, Gregory inappropriately touched the female. A witness corroborated the victim’s statement and Gregory was arrested and charged.

Theft: At 2:50 p.m., Loise Countryman reported that she accidentally left her purse at a business. When she realized that she left her purse, she went back to the business, but the purse had been stolen. A theft report was completed.

Underage Possession of Alcohol/O.V.I.: At 4:59 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense. During the traffic stop, the driver, Madison Mossbarger, was under the influence of marijuana and had multiple alcoholic beverages in the vehicle. Mossbarger is under the age of 21, and was arrested and charged.
