According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Nov. 16

Theft: At 9:18 a.m., Jenny Vanslyke reported that while a male was at her residence, money came up missing from her purse. A theft report was completed.

Theft/Vehicle Trespassing/Criminal Damaging: At 2:29 p.m., Bradford Howard reported that a male had entered his unlocked vehicle, stole and damaged property. The male, identified as Zachary Morgan, was located in the area where he was arrested and charged.

Nov. 15

Criminal Damaging: At 7:12 a.m., Casey Resendiz reported that sometime overnight, unknown persons busted the rear window out of her vehicle. A report was completed.

Aggravated Menacing: At 4:07 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to multiple females who were engaged in an argument on Facebook. Two women had threatening messages from another woman. They were referred to the city solicitor for possible charges.

Nov. 14

Theft: At 8:06 a.m., officers responded to St. Colman Catholic Church in reference to a theft. Officers made contact with the complainant, who advised that sometime over the past month, unknown persons stole items from the donation box. A theft report was completed.

Obstructing Official Business: At 7:57 p.m. during the course of a hit-skip accident, an officer located the offender vehicle. Officers made contact with Jonathon Depugh, who lied to officers and was subsequently arrested and charged accordingly.

Nov. 13

Theft: At 4:20 p.m., Frederick Ramey reported that unknown persons stole three storm doors from the side of his residence. A theft report was completed.

Felonious Assault: At 7:21 p.m., officers responded to Walmart in reference to a male assaulting patrons inside the store. Officers arrested Daniel Wheeler, who had assaulted three patrons without any provocation and for unknown reasons. He was transported to the jail to be held.

Protection Order Violation: At 7:31 p.m., officers responded in reference to a protection order violation. Jeffrey Nebbergall was located at the residence and was not to be around the resident due to a recent domestic violence incident. Nebbergall was arrested and charged.
