Alesha D. Bennett, 34, 808 Washington Ave., bench warrant – failure to appear, bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Chyna C. Cupp, 20, 728 W. Elm St., failure to assure clear distance ahead.
