According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 29

Burglary: At 1:48 p.m., Jenna Fillmore reported that sometime in the early morning, an unknown person entered her residence and stole items. A report was completed and an investigation began.

Inducing Panic: At 7:38 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a drug overdose. Stephen Mennor was located at the residence overdosed from illegal narcotics. He was treated and later charged.

Oct. 28

Theft: At 7:38 a.m., Sierra Crawford reported that an unknown person gained access to her PayPal account and removed money without permission.

Theft/Identity Theft/Taking the Identity of Another: At 3:24 p.m., Nicholas Torbett reported that unknown person(s) made several fraudulent transactions on his I-Tunes account over the past month.

Domestic Violence: At 7:35 p.m., Ronald Watson was arrested for domestic violence after his grandson reported that he was assaulted during an argument.

Oct. 27

Theft: At 6:08 p.m., officers responded to the 900 block of South Fayette Street in reference to a larceny complaint. Officers made contact with the victim, Betty J. Joseph, who advised that unknown person(s) stole her purse. A report was taken on her behalf.
