According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 22

Domestic Violence: At 6:13 a.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a domestic dispute. An officer made contact with a woman who advised that she was assaulted by her husband, Eduardo Naverrete-Garcian. He was arrested and charged.

Theft: At 12:54 p.m., officers responded to Family Dollar in reference to a theft complaint. Employees advised that Randy Nichols Jr. stole lighters, which he discarded once he was confronted and exited the business. A report was taken and referred to the city solicitor for possible charges.
