Female, 16, Washington C.H., right of way – left turn violation.

Jason L. Elliott, 38, Greenfield, non-compliance suspension, expired registration.

Bethany L. Ruddle, 30, Greenfield, wrongful entrustment.

Oct. 16

James V. Green, 41, 619 Rawling St., theft (first-degree misdemeanor) summons.

Christopher C. Keller, 29, Bloomingburg, no operator’s license.

Melody J. Darif, 64, 323 Rawling St., right-of-way stop sign violation.

Alesha Bennett, 34, at large in Washington C.H., bench warrant – complicity.
