Randy L. Ruth, 49, 430 Second St., assault.

Jacob M. Kingsolver, 26, 1025 Dayton Ave., bench warrant – Pickaway County.

Henry D. Pace, 28, 1105 Washington Ave., disorderly conduct (fourth-degree misdemeanor), inducing panic (first-degree misdemeanor).

Phillip W. Gullion, 47, 112 W. Elm St., domestic violence.
