According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 5

O.V.I./Open Container in a Motor Vehicle: At 2:27 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, identified as Janet Shaeffer, was arrested for O.V.I. The three occupants, identified as Walter Stump, Brenda Butler and Jason Butler, were all issued citations for having open containers of alcohol in the vehicle.

Domestic Violence: At 8:13 a.m., officers responded to a residence for domestic violence. Officers made contact with the complainant and the victim at the residence. Both advised that the victim was assaulted by Kevin Wilt, who was arrested for domestic violence.

Oct. 4

Criminal Damaging: At 4:51 p.m., Shawna Chace reported that unknown persons used a rock to cause damage to her vehicle. A criminal damaging report was completed.

Criminal Damaging: At 4:53 p.m., Debbie Atherton reported that unknown persons punctured two tires on her vehicle while parked at her residence. A criminal damaging report was completed.
