Donald J. Jordan II, 28, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office indictment.

Alfredo M. Garcia, 35, Bloomingburg, failure to reinstate.

Rebecca A. Kowpak, 34, at large, Sabina Police Department warrant.

Sept. 25

Larry I. Justice, 35, 612 E. Elm St., Xenia Police Department warrant.

Roy L. Bragg, 44, Beaver, Ohio, theft (first-degree misdemeanor) (two counts), possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor).

Michael A. Bowers, 44, Columbus, theft (first-degree misdemeanor) (two counts).

Chelsea M. Moore, 30, Columbus, possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia.
