Stephan A. Morrison, 31, 214 W. Market St., domestic.

Sept. 19

Nicholas J.A. Buckner, 28, 1018 John St., warrant – civil protection order violation.

Courtney N. Smith, 19, at large, bench warrant probation (two counts).

Guy N. Campbell, 29, 2414 Bogus Road, weapons under disability.

Carl R. Penwell, 32, Lancaster, bench warrant – failure to appear.

Melissa A. Funk, 40, at large, possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor).

Nathan J. Moore, 40, Jeffersonville, possession of drug abuse instruments (first-degree misdemeanor).

Jeremy A. Miller, 46, at large, disorderly (fourth-degree misdemeanor), receiving stolen property (first-degree misdemeanor).

Aleksandr Bystrika, 65, Powder Springs, Ga., driving on closed road.
