According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Sept. 19

Possession of Drugs: At 12:39 p.m., officers observed a male identified as Dustin Guzior trespassing on the railroad tracks. He had an active warrant for his arrest, and was found to be in possession of suspected drugs. Charges are pending.

Having Weapons While Under Disability: At 5 p.m., officers located a male in a residence who had an active warrant for his arrest. In the immediate area, a firearm was located and found to belong to Guy N. Campbell, who is unable to possess a firearm due to his criminal history. Campbell was arrested and charged.

Drug Abuse Instrument/Possession of Drugs: At 9 p.m., officers responded to Smartstop Self Storage in reference to an occupied suspicious vehicle. Officers made contact with Melissa Funk and Nathan Moore. Both were found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and suspected narcotics. The narcotics charges are pending, and they were charged with drug paraphernalia.

Disorderly Conduct/Receiving Stolen Property: At 9:39 p.m., officers responded to the area of Broadway and Grove in reference to a suspicious person. Officers made contact with Jeremy Miller, who was highly intoxicated and in possession of stolen property. He was arrested and charged.
