According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Sept. 14

Domestic Violence: At 12:30 a.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a domestic violence incident. It was determined that Laci Mollett and her live-in boyfriend, William Davis, assaulted one another. Both had visible signs of being assaulted and both were arrested for domestic violence.

Assault/Criminal Damaging: At 12:18 p.m., officers responded to Walmart in reference to an active fight. Officers arrested Scott McVay for assaulting John Saxton. Both were charged with criminal damaging for damaging property during the fight.

Criminal Trespassing: At 5:52 p.m., officers responded to Walmart in reference to an attempted theft. The offender was identified as James Trisdale, who departed prior to officers’ arrival and had been banned from the store. A warrant was clerked.

Obstructing Official Business/Drug Paraphernalia: At 7:41 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a disturbance. Officers located Charles Peterman causing the disturbance, who obstructed officers. He was arrested and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Unruly: At 10:34 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to an unruly female juvenile. Upon arrival, the parent advised that the child got upset and departed without permission. Unruly charges were filed for the juvenile.

Sept. 13

Curfew: At 12:33 a.m., officers located two juveniles near the Rose Ave. Community Center hours past the 10:30 p.m. curfew. One of the juveniles had been given a curfew warning a week prior and was subsequently charged.

Criminal Damaging: At 12:52 p.m., Jim Kirk reported that Wayne Lovely caused damage to a door to one of his apartments. A report was completed and Kirk was referred to the city solicitor for possible charges.

Possessing a Drug Abuse Instrument: At 5:36 p.m., officers responded to Ace Hardware in reference to a suspicious female. Officers made contact with Isabelle Allman, who was in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and charged.
