According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Sept. 11

Underage Consumption of Alcohol/Disorderly Conduct: At 7:08 a.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of East Paint Street in reference to a male lying in a front yard. Officers located 19-year-old, Chance Hall, who was intoxicated. He was arrested and charged.

Theft: At 10:51 a.m., officers responded to Ace Hardware in reference to a theft that occurred on Sept. 3. The female was identified as Diana Rutter, who had stolen merchandise from the store. She was charged with theft.

Drug Paraphernalia: At 6:23 p.m., officers responded to Village Court Apartments in reference to a male slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle. Officers located Zachary Dickens, who was under the influence of narcotics. Officers located drug paraphernalia in plain view. Dickens was treated and charged accordingly.
