Tyler J. Burnette, 25, Wilmington, criminal simulation (first-degree misdemeanor).

Graham M. Roberts, 58, 708 E. Temple St., driving on right side of roadway.

Rebecca J. Thompson, 87, 645 Kimberly Drive, failure to assure clear distance ahead.

Jerod A. Morris, 36, 225 Henkle St., Highland County warrant, driving under suspension.

Roger A. Wood Jr., 41, 521 Gregg St., Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant.
