Jordan T. Russell, 21, Bloomingburg, driving in violation of restrictions.

Holly J. Wholaver, 35, Greenfield, driving under suspension, OVI, possession of meth, tampering with evidence, obstructing.

Allison E. Trader, 28, at large, Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

Saddam S. Hassan, 19, Columbus, theft.

Male, 15, Washington C.H., obstructing.

Male, 15, Washington C.H., obstructing, obstructing.

Wayne M. Lovely, 45, 511 E. Temple St., Apt. 10, civil protection order violation (first-degree misdemeanor).

Sept. 4

Jewel L. Penwell, 34, 914 N. North St., theft (first-degree misdemeanor).

Marvin L. Streitenberger Jr., 46, 240 W. Elm St., domestic.

Tristan C. Streitenberger, 20, 240 W. Elm St., domestic.

Shyanne S. Rosier, 19, 225 N. Fayette St., non-compliance suspension.
