Volunteers gather at The Well for final day

Co-directors of The Well at Sunnyside’s Bread of Life program, Gary Davis (L) and Tami Dawson (R), were there during the final breakfast, pantry shopping trip and hot lunch The Well served on Saturday, Aug. 31.

Volunteer Johnny Peters (L) was greeting and handing out cards to neighbors, including Debbie Roehrich (R), who came in for the final service.

Volunteer Tom Somers (L) was chatting with The Well’s neighbors such as Larry Maag (R).

Tami Dawson’s grandkids volunteered since they were very young. Gabe Denney (L) is a fourth grader at Miami Trace while Carter Denney (R) is a seventh grader.

Bill Wilcox (L) and Stubby Stebelton (R) have been volunteers since the beginning. They prepared cabbages for neighbors to take home.
