Cody S. Moore, 37, at large, bench warrant – failure to appear.

Jeremiah R. Hall, 31, 1217 Rawling St., Fayette County Sheriff’s Office probation violation – failure to comply.

Tobi L. Cottrell, 22, 112 E. Circle Ave., disorderly conduct (fourth-degree misdemeanor), aggravated menacing (first-degree misdemeanor), ethnic intimidation (first-degree misdemeanor).

Tre M. Howard, 24, 1153 Gregg St., speed.
