According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

July 11

Underage Consumption of Alcohol: At 12:49 a.m., officers located an underage drinking party due to multiple intoxicated juveniles being outside. Contact was made at the residence where three juveniles were arrested and later turned over to their guardians.

Obstructing Official Business: At 5:57 p.m., officers responded to Walmart in reference to a possible drug overdose in a vehicle. Contact was made with Paul Hays, who obstructed during the officers’ investigation. Hays was arrested and charged.

Theft: At 6:28 p.m., Andrew Lemaster reported that money was stolen out of his wallet while he was speaking to an unknown female. A theft report was completed.
