According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

June 24

Theft: Richard Brannon Jr. reported that a known subject took possession of some of his property that he left behind at an apartment and is refusing to return it. A report for theft was taken.

June 23

Disorderly Conduct: Officers responded to the 600 block of Rawling Street after a complaint was received about an intoxicated male who had wondered into a garage. Upon arrival, officers located Bobby J. Jackson, who was found to be heavily intoxicated. Jackson was subsequently arrested and charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication.

Assault: A woman reported that a known male subject punched her in the head during an altercation. After speaking to the woman, it was determined that she would be referred to the city solicitor for charges.

Theft: Benee Mathias reported that her cell phone was stolen while she was in Ohio Thrift. A report for theft was taken.

Auto Theft: Kristen Lewis reported that her vehicle was taken without her permission from the Forest Street area earlier in the day. Lewis’s vehicle was eventually recovered and returned to her. A report for grand theft was taken.
