According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

June 20

Criminal Damaging: At 12:13 a.m., Judy Maker reported that while at Winkin Willy’s Bar, unknown persons flattened a tire on her vehicle while it was parked on the lot. A criminal damaging report was completed.

Domestic Violence: At 11:59 a.m., a man reported that he was assaulted by John Shiltz II. The victim had visible signs of being assaulted, and Shiltz II was arrested and charged.

Theft: At 6:43 p.m., Jerry Tolle reported that when he was incarcerated in May 2019, he gave his personal belongings to Ashley Smith. When he was released from incarceration, money was taken out of his bank account. A theft report was completed.
