One person was honored as Royal Chapter #29, Order of the Eastern Star, Washington Court House, held its June annual meeting and election of new officers for the 2019-2020 year.
Mary Catherine West was honored for her 50-year membership in Royal Chapter and was presented with a 50-year pin at the meeting. Her service to the chapter and community was highlighted. She worked at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital for over 30 years, 20 of which were as director of Nursing. She is an avid OSU and local athletic supporter and can always been seen with a camera in hand.
Royal Chapter members thanked her for her many years of support, and a congratulations cake was cut during refreshments after the meeting.
