CHILLICOTHE – Adena Mansion and Gardens presents, “Guess Who is Not on Time for Dinner,” June 22. This original production, written and directed by Delmar Burkitt is an interactive comedy drama centering around the happenings during an evening at Meticulous Mansion Eatery.

Meticulous Mansion Eatery is an open air eatery located on the south side of the historic Adena Mansion. The grounds will open at 5:30 p.m. Your reservation will be at 6 p.m., and you must not be late.

The evening will include the privilege of being in the middle of this unusual restaurant and your eventful dinner. Guests must be aware that their dinner may not be too quiet or uninterrupted. You will get to interact with a somewhat different restaurant staff, as well as others who show up for dinner. From the compulsive owner to the newly hired French chef to the misfit group of waiters, this place is loaded with a group of never to be forgotten individuals.

The cost of this fun-filled evening is $40 per person. Reservations may be made online at www.adenamansion.com/tickets, by telephone at 740-772-1500, or in person at 847 Adena Road, Chillicothe. Seating is limited and reservations are required.

Adena Mansion was the home of Ohio’s sixth governor, Thomas Worthington. Adena Mansion and Garden Society manages the site on behalf of the Ohio Historical Society. Adena is located at the south end of Adena Road, off Pleasant Valley Road, which is the first road off State Route 104, just north of the US 35 interchange at the north edge of Chillicothe.
