Michael S. Penwell, 44, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply (three counts), obstructing (second-degree misdemeanor), possession of drugs (third-degree felony).

Joshua O. Stump, 32, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply (three counts).

William L. Dillon, 34, at large, bench warrant – failure to comply.

Vicki J. Woods, 58, 810 Maple St., disorderly conduct.

Austin D. Wickline, 18, 8074 Pearson Octa Road, failure to assure clear distance ahead.

Roger F. Stevens, 35, 1025 Dayton Ave., Apt. 102, domestic violence by threats.

Heather D. Shelpman, 31, 4104 Main St. SE, theft (fifth-degree felony).
