This Saturday, the Fayette County Farmers Market will be sampling jams/jellies from at least two vendors and breads/rolls from another two vendors. Organizers say they hope it stays dry for the morning market and Fayette County’s Toast to Summer & Hot Air Balloon Glow.
A reliable source says that the season’s first sweet corn will be at the July 4 Market! Streetside 62 and radio WVNU will also be at the July 4 Market serving up a combination of most excellent summer entrees and a fine live radio broadcast. There will be more about this next week!
The Market is located in the municipal parking lot on the corner of S. Main and E. East streets and as always SNAP EBT food benefit cards and credit/debit cards are accepted.
