According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

April 16

Criminal Trespass: At 1:11 a.m., officers located Nathaniel Self at Walmart, where he was previously banned from for a theft he committed at the business. Self was arrested and charged.

Domestic Violence by Threats/Aggravated Menacing/Drug Paraphernalia/Two counts of Weapons Under Disability: At 11:47 a.m., a woman requested a property standby due to her and Chad Jarrell arguing over disputed property. Officers determined that Jarrell had made threats toward the woman prior, and that he was in possession of multiple firearms and drug paraphernalia. He is disqualified from having firearms due to being a convicted felon. He was arrested and charged accordingly.

April 15

Theft: At 4:02 p.m., officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting complaint. The employee advised that a female stole merchandise and departed. A theft report was completed.

April 14

Criminal Damaging: At 11:44 a.m., Cassandra Norman reported a criminal damaging complaint. She advised that Wanya Glenn punched out a window to her vehicle. A criminal damaging report was completed and charges filed.

Theft: At 3:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting complaint. The employee advised that a male and female stole merchandise and departed. A theft report was completed.

April 13

Theft/Complicity: At 8:48 a.m., officers were dispatched to Family Dollar in reference to a shoplifting complaint, and the female offenders departed. Officers located the offenders, who were identified as Brandy Cobb and Angela Ballein. Both were arrested and charged accordingly.

Theft: At 5:14 p.m., Parker Penwell reported that multiple checks were stolen and cashed. The offender forged his signature to cash the check. An investigation began.

Theft: At 6:13 p.m., Brian McTeague reported a theft complaint. He advised that a known acquaintance stole his property while he was sleeping. A theft report was completed.

April 12

Theft: At 8:32 p.m., Troy Perkins was located at Walmart and arrested on active warrants. He was in possession of stolen merchandise from the store. He was subsequently charged.
