Ingles sworn in as attorney

Sarah Elizabeth Ingles was recently sworn into the Ohio bar. She is now practicing as an attorney with Barkan, Meizlish, DeRose, Wentz, McInerny and Pfiefer in Columbus where she has worked as a law clerk for the past couple of years.

Ingles specializes in wage and hour litigation, the labor department and handling some workers compensation matters. She works with both public and private sector labor organizations. She also represents employees with unpaid wages, overtime issues and more. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Sarah graduated with honors from Capital University Law School this past June. During her time in school, she was the Executive Articles Editor on the Law Review, was named ABA Moot Court Regional Champion, served as the President of the Labor and Employment Association and was a Marshall-Brennan fellow. She was selected as the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student in 2018 and was a member of Capital University Law School’s Order of the Barrister.

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2011 from Ohio Wesleyan University where she triple majored in Spanish, Latin American Studies and Politics and Government. She received numerous awards while studying there, including being named a Top 10 Student-Athlete.

Sarah is the daughter of Roger and Maurica Jo Milstead Ingles of Powell, and the granddaughter of June Milstead and the late Charles Milstead of Washington Court House.
