According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Dec. 23

Criminal Damaging: At 8:11 p.m., Hillary Strahler, of 113 E. Paint St., reported that someone damaged the driver side mirror of her vehicle.

Failure to Comply with Order of Police Officer: At 1:03 a.m., Bryan Clark, of 1211 S. Hinde St., failed to comply with officers as they attempted to conduct a traffic stop. Clark then led officers on a short vehicle pursuit before being apprehended and charged.

Dec. 22

Arson: At 9:16 a.m., Sarah Johnson reported that a known male burnt her suitcase and its contents during an argument. The male, identified as Charles A. Campbell, admitted to the offense and was arrested. Johnson also reported damage to her vehicle at the same time.

Aggravated Menacing: At 4:14 p.m., Clark Torbett reported that an unknown male was standing at the front of the residence and yelled threats of serious physical harm toward persons inside the residence. The male was identified as Bradley Carr, who was arrested for the offense.

Theft/Possession of Drug Abuse Instrument: At 8:39 p.m., an employee of Family Dollar reported a male inside the business concealed merchandise and departed the store without paying for the item. The male, identified as Dashon J. Harris, was arrested for the offense. During his arrest he was found in possession of drug abuse instruments and additionally charged with the offense.

Dec. 21

Criminal Damaging: At 9:13 p.m., Cheryl Hilderbrand reported that unknown person(s) broke the rear window on her vehicle while it was parked in front of her residence.
