Brock N. Vernon, 28, 1224 S. Hinde St., Apt. B, disrupting public service (fourth-degree felony), endangering children (first-degree misdemeanor), obstructing official business (fifth-degree felony), domestic violence (first-degree misdemeanor), resisting arrest (first-degree misdemeanor), assault on peace officer (fourth-degree felony).

Teresa L. Craft, 61, 635 W. Oakland Ave., disorderly (fourth-degree misdemeanor).

Terrance E. Russell, 38, 22 1/2 Vine St., expired registration.

Miranda J. Hester, 31, at large, Fayette County bench warrant.

Levi C. Smith, 33, 758 Carford Park, no operator’s license, failure to control.

Kyle W. Wilson, 25, 2147 Jenny Lane, bench warrant – failure to appear.
