According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Dec. 3

Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments and Drug Paraphernalia: At 12:28 a.m. during a traffic stop, officers found Adam Havens to be in possession of hypodermic syringes and other drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed.

Domestic Violence/Resisting Arrest: At 1:37 a.m., officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 1153 Gregg St. Alicia Hawkins and Adam Dennis both claimed the other had assaulted them. Both Hawkins and Dennis were arrested for domestic violence. While attempting to take Hawkins into custody, she resisted officers and was charged with resisting arrest.

Dec. 2

Criminal Damaging: At 10:05 a.m., Haley Hagler, of 130 Gardener Court, reported that sometime overnight someone broke out the window of her vehicle.

Criminal Damaging: At 11:50 a.m., Kyle Oiler, of 235 Green St., reported that someone had broken out one of the windows to his vehicle.

Criminal Damaging: At 4:12 p.m., Lauren Mcdevit, of 527 E. Paint St., reported that Andrew Wilson damaged her gas grill. Charges were filed.

Nov. 30

Criminal Damaging: At 4:53 p.m., the owner of Costumes for All Occasions reported that the exterior door to the business that faces Delaware Street had been damaged by unknown person(s).

Disorderly Conduct: At 6:52 p.m., officers were called to El Canon on Leesburg Avenue in reference to a female causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the female, identified as Melissa H. Tackett, who had previously been warned to cease her behavior, but failed to do so, and was arrested for the listed offense.

Nov. 29

Assault: At 8:08 a.m., officers were called to a residence on Carolyn Road in reference to an assault complaint. Two females at the residence advised that a male had physically assaulted one of them and attempted to assault the other. Shawn M. Dyke was arrested for two counts of assault.

Theft: At 8:49 a.m., Loren Klontz reported that unknown person(s) removed a package from the front porch that was delivered by UPS.

Criminal Damaging: At 4:10 p.m., Juliana Cole reported that unknown person(s) struck the rear window of her vehicle with an unknown projectile, causing it to crack.

Theft: At 10:57 p.m., Della Riley reported that unknown person(s) removed an Xbox One from her residence without permission.

Nov. 28

Domestic Violence: At 7:10 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Aspen Drive in reference to a domestic dispute complaint. Upon arrival, contact was made with the parties involved, who advised that during an argument, they both were physically assaulted by the other. William E. Howard III and Mary Howard were arrested for the listed offense.

Theft: At 11:56 p.m., Nicole Brown reported that unknown person(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and removed property.
