For the 36th year, the Good Hope Lions Club is opening its Christmas Candy Store during the holiday season.

The candy store, located at 333 W. Court St. in Washington C.H. (previously Gusweiler Toyota), will be open from Nov. 14 through Christmas Eve.

As always, bulk candies are available with 55 varieties of regular candy and 17 varieties of sugar-free candy. Fruit cakes and candy-filled baskets and treats are also available — all at a reasonable price. According to the Good Hope Lions, the vanilla clusters are normally the most popular type of candy, but all of the clusters are also popular.

The hours of the store are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and 1-5 p.m. on Sunday. For more information, call the Good Hope Lions at 740-335-9416.
