THEFT: An employee of CVS reported that a female concealed merchandise on her person and departed the store without paying. Chelsea Brown has been charged with the offense.

DRUG ABUSE: Jamie McRobie was found unconscious in a motor vehicle with two small children on the lot of Cash N Carry Food Mart of an apparent heroin overdose. McRobie has been charged with child endangerment and physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
