Child Connections: Behavioral Consultation and Psychological Services, Inc., located at 114 S. Fayette St. in Washington C.H., was welcomed to Chamber membership recently by the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador team.

A mother of three who has been a psychologist for over 20 years, Dr. Amanda Pickerill has worked in public schools, private practice and within a mental health agency. The majority of her focus has been on disorders that have impacted educational advancements such as AD/HD, learning and behavioral disorders as well as anxiety.

Within the past 10 years, she has added attachment and relational disorders to her list of expertise. While she provides psychotherapy for children ages 4 to 11 and behavioral consultation for those ages 4 to 8, she also provides psychoeducational assessments for those up to 21 years of age.
