Ohio’s Hospice of Fayette County is inviting the community to join in celebrating, honoring or memorializing a loved one at the 29th-annual Hearts for the Holidays Celebration of Life program on Nov. 29.

The event is free and open to all. Those who wish to do so can purchase a unique 2018 Hospice Holiday ornament in advance to place on the holiday tree and have as a keepsake for future holidays. Ornaments are available at the offices of Ohio’s Hospice of Fayette County for $10.

All proceeds support the hospice mission. The program will be held in the sanctuary at Crossroads Church, 175 Halliday Way in Washington Court House. Additional information is available by calling 740-335-0149.

According to Ohio’s Hospice of Fayette County Executive Director Patricia Settlemyre, this event has helped bring families together to remember and honor loved ones for nearly 30 years.

“Ohio’s Hospice of Fayette County has served patients and families for so many years and touched so many lives,” Settlemyre observes. “Each year, this gathering helps those who have lost loved ones celebrate their memory while supporting hospice services for the future.”

Ohio’s Hospice of Fayette County, an affiliate of Ohio’s Hospice, is a community-based, not-for-profit organization that has served the community since 1987.
