According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Oct. 17

Aggravated Menacing: At 2:42 p.m., a person reported that while departing school, a known male approached and threatened him with physical harm.

Oct. 16

Domestic Violence: At 11:01 a.m., a man reported that during an argument with a household or family member, he was physically assaulted. Ruthanna Lee Shaffer was arrested for the listed offense.

Theft: At 6:11 p.m., an employee of Court House Manor on Washington Avenue reported that a male selected merchandise from the shelves and departed the business without paying for the items. The male, identified as John M. Holley, was charged with the offense.
